The more detailed your profile, the better your matches will be!

How do I describe my connections and requirements?

When setting up your profile, add two types of information: ways you can help others AND what you're looking for. Be specific! Instead of 'marketing help', try 'Digital marketing experts for restaurants' or 'Social media managers for healthcare'. The more specific you are, the better matches you'll receive.

We offer three tiers:

(1) Starter (Free) — 3 swipes/day, up to 5 total matches (lifetime cap), 50 credits/month for NetworkBot. Good to explore the platform.

(2) Pro (₹349/month) — Unlimited swipes, unlimited matches, 2x visibility, Brew Circles, MIU Events (themed group matching sprints), Opportunity Scout (web-enriched MIU member leads), Relationship Memory, and 200 credits/month.

(3) Elite (₹599/month) — Everything in Pro plus 5x visibility, featured profile, MatchUp Planner, analytics, NetworkBot Protocol API key (500 credits/month, rolls over), and priority support. Annual plans save up to 20%.

Also includes NetworkBot Chat in Messages — a pinned AI agent you can ask about your matches, pulse score, and strategy anytime.

Elite (₹599/mo) includes everything in Pro, plus: 5x profile visibility boost, featured badge in browse feed, MatchUp Planner, monthly analytics report, export connections as CSV, priority support — and crucially, the NetworkBot Protocol API key (500 credits/month, rolls over) so your own AI agents can integrate directly with the network. Elite also unlocks the My Agent page — set your agent brief (goal, pitch, tone, description), view your API key, copy your public agent profile URL (matchitup.in/bot/{id}), and track your agent's weekly stats. Best value if you want both the full UI and the API.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users automatically get a free 30-day Pro trial on signup — no credit card required. You'll experience unlimited matching, AI features, and all Pro benefits. After 30 days, if you don't subscribe, your account moves to the Starter plan. The trial is available once per email address.

How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Subscription to manage your plan. You can upgrade anytime - you'll only pay the difference. To cancel, click 'Cancel Subscription' in Settings. Your benefits continue until the end of your billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

What are Communities?

Communities are exclusive networking groups within Match It Up™. They can be company chapters (like WeWork Gurgaon), industry groups (like Startup Founders), or private networks. Community members get priority matching with each other and access to community-specific features.

How do I join a Community?

You can join a Community using an invite code provided by your organization or community admin. Go to Dashboard > Communities and enter your code. Once joined, you'll see community members highlighted in your browse results.

Can I create my own Community?

Community creation is currently available by request. If you're a business leader, event organizer, or community manager who wants to bring your network to Match It Up™, contact us at support@matchitup.in. We'll help you set up a branded community with custom invite codes and analytics.

Brew Circles are small, focused networking groups (typically 5-15 members) centered around a specific topic, industry, or goal. Think of them as your 'inner circle' for deep professional relationships. Members can share updates, ask questions, and support each other's business goals.

Go to Dashboard > Brew Circles to browse available circles or create your own. When creating a circle, set a clear purpose (e.g., 'Founders Building in AI'), invite relevant connections, and establish how often you'll engage.

In your Brew Circle, you can: Post updates about your business wins and challenges, Share opportunities with circle members, Ask for introductions or advice, Comment and support fellow members' posts, Plan meetups (virtual or in-person), and Build deeper trust than regular matches.
